Shipping Information:
This is a large freight item, shipped securely on a pallet via a professional freight trucking company. Standard delivery is dock-to-dock.
If your delivery location is residential, has limited access, or requires a liftgate, additional fees may apply. You will be notified before shipment if any extra charges are necessary.
Dock-to-Dock Delivery:
Choose this option if you have a loading dock or forklift available to unload the machine upon delivery.
Liftgate Delivery:
A liftgate helps the delivery driver lower heavy items from the truck to the ground safely—ideal if you don’t have dock access.
Inside Delivery:
Includes ground-level delivery inside the building (no stairs or restricted access). Please note this option adds up to 3 additional weeks to delivery time.
